ACADEMIC QUALITY CONTROL
The Academic Calendar for the whole session is systematically planned for various courses at the beginning of session itself. a responsibility sheet is given to all faculty members. which includes their academic, co-academic and academic management responsibilities. A regular Course Progress Report is compiled and analyzed on weekly basis for all the courses to ensure syllabus execution as according to the academic planning. Academic Discipline Guidelines and Code of Conduct is followed by all the Faculty Members related to syllabus execution, content delivery, start/end of classes, attitude bad behaviour towards students.
Doubt Discussion
Enlightenment
The objective of Doubt Session is for the students who hesitate to ask their doubts in the regular class or facing issue to understand the in depth knowledge of the concept.
Availability
The faculty members are available at specific timings for doubt discussion and to ensure clearing the doubts within time.
One-to-One Care
A student will get proper one-to-one care while attending the doubt session & it motivates the student to improve their performance.
ADMISSION
PROCEDURE
For admission to any course, duly completed Admission Form, along with copies of certificates and testimonials, 2 photographs must be sent to the office. First installment of Course Fee must be paid before or at the time of admission or before start of the Classes.
FEEDBACK APPRAISAL SYSTEM
PERFECT EDUCATION puts in all efforts to fulfil its responsibilities towards students’ overall growth for competitive examinations’ preparations. One important aspect of this is to involve and apprise parents about students’ progress and hence the feedback system is developed. Regular attendance is taken. Absenteeism, if any, is immediately communicated to the parents telephonically. All regular class tests results are also communicated to the parents through Whatsapp group on their Registered Mobile Numbers (RMN). For this purpose parents mobile numbers are regularly updated in our records. Parents Teachers Meets (PTMs) are also organized once in a month wherein parents are invited and they can meet individual teachers and get first hand information about students’ progress and performance. Grievances, if any, are also redressed immediately and overall benefit of the students can be effectively ensured.
READING HALL FACILITY
We have a spacious AC Reading Hall where the students can study in their free time. The insititute provides excellent infrastructure and facilities to create an ideal ambience for effective learning with caring and commited management and admission.
