Incomplete Form will be rejected.
Admission form must be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting with Black/Blue ball point pen in capital letters.
It is compulsory for a student to affix a passport size photograph in the space provided in the admission form and attach two extra copies of the photograph with the admission form.
Write your name on the admission form as it appears in the Mark sheet of standard X or equivalent Examination
The Directors reserve all the rights, including the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason, what-so-ever.
Admission of the candidate shall be cancelled if he/she fails to attend at least 80% of the total delivered lectures and also if found indulging in misbehaviour of any kind during his/her stay in the institute.
Absence from classes without proper leave application or prior information, may result in expulsion from the institute.
All students enrolled with ‘PERFECT EDUCATION’ will have to provide the photocopy of their Admit Cards of JEE-Main, JEE-Advanced and other Engineering Entrance Examinations for Engineering Streams and NEET and other Medical Entrance Examinations for Medical Streams, and as soon as they receive their Admit Cards from the concerned examining bodies.
The institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/ success in Engineering / Medical Entrance Exams.
The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is only that of the student himself/herself or that of their Parents/Guardians.
Request for change of Address: Any change in the correspondence address or phone number should be immediately intimated to the Office
Fee once paid to the institute will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
